According to a WSJ story, in return for refunds or gift cards, some Amazon sellers are contacting dissatisfied customers and asking them to alter or delete their unfavorable reviews.
Sellers who sell products through Amazon aren’t allowed to contact customers outside of Amazon’s official channels—in fact, doing so is a breach of the rules they agreed to when they signed up for the platform. However, some customers claim they are, and can be rather aggressive. Read More
